  • Your login username is set to your full email address. If no email address was provided, your username is set to the 10 digits of your home phone number with no spaces or dashes.

  • Your login password is initially set to the 10 digits of the home phone number with no spaces or dashes. This should be changed when you log in.
Your information is strictly confidential and will not be shared or sold. If you provided an email address, email will be sent to notify you whenever new prescriptions are written and whenever orders are shipped.
